Customer Service Pledge and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the best possible service to old and new customers alike. If you feel that there is anything we could do better, or anything you would like to know more about please contact us. 

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us and get instructions for return for a free replacement or refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s)for a refund. You must contact Mill House Fine Art Publishing Ltd before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk . Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.

Product Quality

We guarantee that our products are all of the highest quality. Our lithographic prints are produced by a specialist fine art printer, working to the standards of the Fine Art Trade Guild. 

Payment Options

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro and Visa Electron. If you prefer to pay by cheque or give your card details via telephone, please contact us. Our credit and debit card transactions are 100% secure and conducted on our secure server.

Packaging

Our prints are always sent flat- packed unless you specifically request that they are sent in a packaging tube.
